When I woke up this morning I was quite surprised to see my husband, lying in bed next to me. You see, he usually leaves for work at 5 am… much earlier then I open my pretty little eyes! But today (for some reason) he decided not to go. Nayana and Jasdeep were more then happy to have both parents home to boss around all day… I, however, was thinking about the plans I had made with @oHHwowzers floating out the window. I swear, when home and awake, my husband demands more attention then both kids.
The kids and I ate breakfast, bacon and eggies with gross amounts of ketchup, before dragging Angat out of bed. After a few minutes of wrestling around, he was nice enough to get the kids ready so I could go play on Twitter. #liesboystell #liesgirlstell & #3wordsaftersex are all too funny (and addicting!)
We decided to bring the kids to one of the Regional Parks in the area and boy, did they love it. The playground was beyond amazing and even I can’t wait to go back. Hopefully we will soon, because I forgot the camera today and the kids were so darn cute. It is called Prado Regional Park in Chino, California… if you live anywhere near the area go check it out, you won’t regret it!
Then, after naps and a quick grocery trip, Nayana and I decided to get our Top Chef on and make some yummy deliciousness. For dinner, homemade chicken noodle soup (just like mom’s!) For dessert, frosted brownies. ~~And no, I don’t think it’s too much to frost brownies… I would probably frost way more stuff if I wasn’t worried about being ostracized by society.

When the kids went to bed I had an evening cocktail (Raspberry Smirnoff Ice LOL) and finished watching the Cleveland/Orlando basketball game. Cleveland won… which to me just seems like delaying the inevitable. @DwightHoward and the Magic are going to win the next game at home and get a shot at the championship. To be honest, that is perfectly fine with me, really, I just want anyone but the Lakers to win! #KobeStinks

I don’t even know where to start. I know I have been neglecting the blog super bad- and trust me I’m crazier for it- but I swear it isn’t my fault. It’s the hubbs. This dislocated elbow thing has completely thrown us of track.
He hasn’t been to work in a month and we have been spending pretty much 24/7 together. Now, before kids and all that we did something like this. Twice actually, we stayed in hotels for over a month just hanging out together. We both loved it back then because all we did was smoke, drink, have sex, and eat. No jobs, no worries… now things are a little different. No hotel means no maids and I think we’ve established that I am not one that likes to clean. As a joke (I think) hubbs told me he was going to bring me to marriage counseling for cleaning. LOL I have been being good though, we’ll see if it lasts.
We also have kids now, so I have to be responsible and make sure they stay alive and all that. Angat can still get as drunk as he wants, but someone has to be designated driver and parent! But I do feel bad for him… he can’t move his arm to do normal things like feed/bathe himself, so sports are pretty much out of the question. And he is a BIG sports guy. But he refuses to see how much better it has gotten in the week since they took off the cast and only sees that he can’t do a curl.
Plus, all he does is complain, be mean to me because I have an arm, stay up at night playing PS3, and drink with his dad. It is getting old fast. Lucky for him (and maybe surprisingly to you) I am a very empathic person… so I know he is only acting like this because he is worried about his arm. As soon as it really starts to get better I am sure he will too.
So, hopefully I can find more time to blog, I love it so much! Plus, I think I get kinda mean if I can’t let it out a little. HA The main problem is that all the weights are in the computer room now instead of toys, so the kids ca’n't go in. I’m moving either the computer or the weights… soon!

My daughter is staying with my mom until Thanksgiving…. and while I miss the hell out of her, I can’t help but enjoy only having one kid. It is soooo easy with just my (almost) 8 month old…. well compared to when I have an 8 month old and a 27 month old! Anyway, we decided to take advantage of the extra freedom and go to (MY 1st!!!!) football game. I had such an incredible time, I decided to share!

Halftime!! I couldn’t believe Jasdeep was still going strong, but he was loving it.

Well, I had an amazing time, and I can’t wait until next year… we are definitely going again! Hopefully the Chargers will play the Vikings, and Nayana HAS to come… I know she will LOVE it just like her brother.

Our Day at the Park October 21, 2008

We brought the kids to the park and they had a BLAST!! Jasdeep loves the outdoors, he was happy the whole time! All he did was lie on his blanket and chew on his toy, but still. He even managed to last more then 2 hours before screaming for food!! Go Deepu!
Of course, Nayana loved it…
She wanted to slide ALL day long!
It was seriously hell trying to get her out of there when it was time to leave!!
Angat had fun too, because all he did was lie around!! LOL
I did catch him being awfully cute though. I love my boys!!
Oh, I almost forgot… Nayana is extremely electric! LOL She was getting shocked over and over by the playground equipment! SOOO funny! She started trying not to touch anything, but still play and slide and everything! 
It was a great day for the family and we had a lot of fun! Can’t wait to go to the park again, hopefully it won’t be too cold tomorrow! She had way too much fun to wait!
