Yesterday’s post about Gillette’s video with tips for men to trim down there, had me intrigued. (no, I don’t think that’s weird!)  After some digging I found out that it isn’t just Gillette… it’s a whole movement!

kiwiMalePubicHairShaving.net no, I’m not joking

I’d say this one is pretty self explanatory.  It is a site dedicated to shaving balls and such.  There are articles like:

How to shave your balls

How to stop itching after pubic shaving (they sell Balla Powder!)

3 pubic shaving methods men should AVOID

There are also more tips, tricks, and all the Philips products for you to purchase.  Check out these SUPER useful stress balls :D

Body Grooming by Braun

First of all, they have like 5 different games where the sole purpose is to tell you girls (and guys) will think you’re disgusting if you are hairy. I think that’s going a little overboard.  Now, you might get a little more action without the hair down there, but I doubt any women find it repulsive!

Of course, they explain all about their BodycruZer for men.  But, you can also watch their ads,  listen to music, and read the latest news.  My very favorite part, is the Nationality Guide.  It talks about the German Fur Man and the Rugged Russian, among others.  I don’t know if the little comments are true, but they’re pretty funny~ “The Comely Canadian doesn’t need a maple leaf to cover his well-groomed down-under area.”  LOL  And, they have a star rating for how hairy each nationality is in each area– chest, armpit, down under, and leg.  I was only bummed because they didn’t have an Indian guy… 5 stars across the board! :P

YouTube totally made my day today! I don’t know how I found this one, but I’m glad I did.  It seems Gillette (razors & whatnot) has a YouTube account. Along with videos of quick tips for shaving your face, head, chest, back, and armpits was this little gem~~

OMG! LOL!  Well, what are you waiting for guys? Don’t you want to immediately run out and get a Gillette Fusion Power Razor to make your “tree” look “taller”? Just remember and use common sense to avoid putting your equipment at risk.

Common sense should tell you that “trimming the underbrush” isn’t gonna fool anyone… except yourself!  I’m not saying we don’t appreciate tidiness…. it’s just that a razor can’t preform miracles :P But, by all means fellas, buy away!

I don’t even know where to start. I know I have been neglecting the blog super bad- and trust me I’m crazier for it- but I swear it isn’t my fault. It’s the hubbs.  This dislocated elbow thing has completely thrown us of track.

He hasn’t been to work in a month and we have been spending pretty much 24/7 together.  Now, before kids and all that we did something like this.  Twice actually, we stayed in hotels for over a month just hanging out together. We both loved it back then because all we did was smoke, drink, have sex, and eat.  No jobs, no worries… now things are a little different. No hotel means no maids and I think we’ve established that I am not one that likes to clean.  As a joke (I think) hubbs told me he was going to bring me to marriage counseling for cleaning. LOL I have been being good though, we’ll see if it lasts.

We also have kids now, so I have to be responsible and make sure they stay alive and all that. Angat can still get as drunk as he wants, but someone has to be designated driver and parent!  But I do feel bad for him… he can’t move his arm to do normal things like feed/bathe himself, so sports are pretty much out of the question.  And he is a BIG sports guy. But he refuses to see how much better it has gotten in the week since they took off the cast and only sees that he can’t do a curl.

Plus, all he does is complain, be mean to me because I have an arm, stay up at night playing PS3, and drink with his dad.  It is getting old fast. Lucky for him (and maybe surprisingly to you) I am a very empathic person… so I know he is only acting like this because he is worried about his arm. As soon as it really starts to get better I am sure he will too.

So, hopefully I can find more time to blog, I love it so much! Plus, I think I get kinda mean if I can’t let it out a little. HA The main problem is that all the weights are in the computer room now instead of toys, so the kids ca’n't go in.  I’m moving either the computer or the weights… soon!

Vaccinations & Autism February 21, 2009

I’m not sure if everyone knows this, but vaccinations are a VERY hot topic amongst moms.  There have been studies that are linking autism with all the vaccinations we are giving our kids these days.  Here is Robert Kennedy Jr. explaining it better!

And here is a website that can explain it all in great detail.

Kinda scary huh?  The ingredients in vaccinations are really yucky! This is from the CDC website:

Common substances found in vaccines include:
* Aluminum gels or salts of aluminum which are added as adjuvants to help the vaccine stimulate a better response to the vaccine. Adjuvants help promote an earlier, more potent response, and more persistent immune response to the vaccine.
* Antibiotics which are added to some vaccines to prevent the growth of germs (bacteria) during production and storage of the vaccine.
* Egg protein is found in influenza and yellow fever vaccines, which are prepared using chicken eggs. Ordinarily, persons who are able to eat eggs or egg products safely can receive these vaccines.
* Formaldehyde is used to inactivate bacterial products for toxoid vaccines, (these are vaccines that use an inactive bacterial toxin to produce immunity.) It is also used to kill unwanted viruses and bacteria that might contaminate the vaccine during production.
* Monosodium glutamate (MSG) and 2-phenoxy-ethanol which are used as stabilizers in a few vaccines to help the vaccine remain unchanged when the vaccine is exposed to heat, light, acidity, or humidity.
* Thimerosal is a mercury-containing preservative that is added to vials of vaccine that contain more than one dose to prevent contamination and growth of potentially harmful bacteria.

Not to mention- Monkey kidney tissue culture, human diploid tissue, chicken embryo, and hydrochloric acid
For a complete list click here!

Now, I don’t know what I believe.  Nayana got all of her immunizations on time, but Jasdeep hasn’t gotten one since he was 4 months old.  I am going to vaccinate him, I just decided to wait until his little baby body is bigger.  I am thinking I will start again when he is around 18 months old.  I know that some people think I should never vaccinate them, but I honestly would rather have an autistic child (if it should end up that way) then a child crippled from Polio.

If anyone has any information or anything they’d like to share, I would love to hear it.  This is a very interesting issue and I just hate that I can’t tell who is right.  It is scary to think our government would be knowingly poisoning our children, but if there does prove to be a link, that is exactly what they are doing.

Recently 3 different federal judges in autism/vaccination cases ruled that there is no link between the two.  However, it is said there will be appeals and the parents that believe there is a link haven’t changed their minds. Not to mention the fact that the government refuses to study unvaccinated children.  A private group that did conduct a study found frightening results:

“We surveyed over 9,000 boys in California and Oregon and found that vaccinated boys had a 155% greater chance of having a neurological disorder like ADHD or autism than unvaccinated boys.” – Generation Rescue

I think it is up to each parent to decide what is best for their children.  And up to each parent to stat outta everyone else’s business! :D Have a great weekend everyone!

October is almost over and with Halloween comes the end of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.  Breast cancer is a very scary, very serious illness, that needs more attention!  I have never personally lost someone from breast cancer, but I do know survivors.  It takes a strong woman (or man, can’t forget the guys!) and I hope I never have to find out if I am as tough as they are.  I just wanted to ask everyone again to feel yourself up or get like me and have someone do it for ya!! Let’s save all the boobies we can..- one squeeze at a time!!
