Just thought I’d help out all the Twitter newbies with some suggestions for people to follow! Have Fun!

1. Your friends, family, & people with the same interests

Friends & family shouldn’t be hard for you to find…  Twitter lets you search by name, twitter name, or email address.  But finding new people that enjoy the same things as you takes a little more work.

Mr. Tweet- if you follow @MrTweet he will recommend people that have the same interests or needs.

Twellow calls themselves the Twitter Yellow Pages. You can search for keywords in names, bios, locations, and there is a big categories section you can browse through. Check out my Twello page-

Just Tweet It is the Twitter Directory.  You can find people by categories and it has lots of great Twitter tools, tricks, and tips.

Twubble looks at your friends and finds people that your friends follow, but you don’t…. yet

Twitter Search can be used to meet new people by simply searching for your interests and seeing who else is talking about them. Follow anyone that seems neat!

2. All your favorite News Sources!

You can get all the latest news sent right to you, by following theses tweeps–

Celebrities seem to be just as popular on Twitter as they are in real life. Some got caught using ghost writers but some are actually pretty funny/have some cool stuff to say. Also, it is neat to see a little more into their creepy lives.

Now, there is no way I’m listing every celebrity I know of on Twitter… I’d be linking for weeks! But, I do know of some great sites that have taken the time to list a bunch.
